Dino Tinelli inizia per gioco a Gardaland nel 1976 come attore western, nel ruolo del buono, col direttore artistico Febo Conti.
Nel frattempo suona e canta in compagnia del musicista e produttore Sergio Dall'Ora che ora si occupa dello studio Havanamusic.
si apprezza molto di più il contatto col pubblico direttamente sul palco anche col rischio di sforare dal copione.
Spettacoli vari a tema in compagnia dell'amico Sergio Bonometti e serate di poesia.
In preparazione, con la regia di Rino Condercuri, una rappresentazione, che ci vedrà lanciati in una nuova magnifica esperienza. 
Presenta e partecipa a spettacoli di prestidigitazione su Tele Verona e Tele Brescia in coppia col prestigiatore Fernando Solidoro (il mago di Gardaland).
Il ritorno sul palco avviene dopo diversi anni di assenze col Piccolo Teatro del Garda sia come datore luci che in piccoli ruoli con la regia di Vincenzo Rose.
Frequenta corsi di perfezionamento fra cui uno molto bello con l'attrice Luciana Ravazzin.
Fine dicitore nelle cene a tema storiche e regionali col CTG di Caprino Veronese.
Cabaret con l'attore Gianni Tiraca (Gianni De Simeis) dove la comicità sfocia a pieno ritmo: qui trova la scuola più significativa.
Alcune riprese cinematografiche dirette dal regista Gianni Gelmetti, sempre in compagnia di Gianni Tiraca, insegnano che si prova scarsa felicità nelle ossessive lunghe riprese per fissare su pellicola brevi momenti;
L'approccio con L'Accademia di Teàmus di cui la regia è di Rino Condercuri offre un'ulteriore esperienza gratificante.
La significativa presentazione con la regia di Franco Farina ha portato uno splendido spettacolo sul grande poeta tedesco Goethe a Bardolino.
Infatti il mese di luglio 2009, in occasione del Festival Amatoriale a Milano, nella rappresentazione di RUMORI FUORI SCENA di Michael Frayn, vinciamo il premio speciale della Critica dedicato a Franco Ghizzo.

Un popolo che non aiuta e non favorisce il suo teatro, se non è morto, è moribondo.
Con la regia di Andrea Castelletti, Dino Tinelli è presente alla rappresentazione ULTIMA CHIAMATA in compagnia del TEATRO IMPIRIA alla rassegna ULIT al teatro VERGA di Milano il 17 ottobre 2009.
In questa rassegna la compagnia riceve meritatamente il primo premio oltre alla miglior regia, miglior caratterista Michele Viglilante e gradimento del pubblico.

July 2009: on the occasion of the Amateur Festival of Milan, in the representation of the comedy "Noise Off" of Michael Frayn, we won the special prize of the Criticism devoted to Franco Ghizzo.
In 2009 I have a special course with Roberto Adriani. He teach that the theater is one of the most expressive tools and more profitable one for the formation of a country.
The theater is a school of weeping and laughing, it is a free gallery where the men can put in evidence morals, old or equivocal, and explain, with alive examples, eternal norms of the heart and the human feelings.
A people that doesn't help and doesn't favor the theater, if it is not jet dead, it is dying.
Under the direction of Andrea Castelletti, Dino Tinelli is present in the representation "Last Call (Phone boot)" in company of the TEATRO IMPIRIA to the review ULIT in the theater VERGA in Milan on 17th October 2009.
In this review the company won deservedly the first prize, the best Director, best character actor Michele Viglilante and the rating of public.
